LOCAL INTEREST:

Rhoscolyn is a friendly and quiet area of Wales with plenty of things to do and see in the local area. No matter what your interests, from walking to sailing, bird watching, painting or visiting historic sites, there is something for you. We do have a mooring for your boat (<20ft) in reasonable weather.

Or you could just relax.

There is a good pub (The White Eagle) within close walking distance, serving beer, excellent local food and wine.

St Gwenfaen’s Hall, just at the top of the lane, is available for hire if you are planning a party or other function. Email information@wearne.org.

Local shops are in Valley (excellent butcher and 24 hour Spar) and  Holyhead- Tesco etc. Also the Royal Waitrose in Menai.
